RONDA 4000H SmartFlow

Flexible and multifunctional

RONDA® 4000H SmartFlow is the ultimate multi-tool for floor grinding professionals. It operates with a 15-20 metre Ø60mm hose on the large diamond grinder, with Ø50mm accessories for final cleaning and with Ø38mm hose on the edge grinder. The vacuum cleaner is supplied as standard with remote control, allowing the machine to be started and stopped from the end of the hose. In addition – relative to its suction performance – the machine is very handy and easy to handle.

Patented SmartFlow function

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with four 1450 W motors, providing a very large airflow and high suction capacity. The suction power is adjusted automatically by means of the built-in patented “SmartFlow” function (DK/EP 4125522), which continuously measures air velocity and switches motors on and off as needed. An acoustic alarm warns if the airflow in the hose falls below 20 m/sec.

Handles large vulumes of fine dust

The large multi-tube filter is partially self-cleaning, but it can also be cleaned during operation using the shock valve – easily and efficiently, without dismantling the machine. The large filter area, combined with the cyclone inlet, enables the machine to handle large volumes of very fine dust, such as cement or plaster dust.

Longopac collection system

As standard, the RONDA® 4000H SmartFlow is equipped with the Longopac collection system, which enables dust-free emptying. However, the machine can be adapted with different collection/emptying systems depending on the customer’s requirements and the specific task. For example, collection in a metal container or a combination of Longopac and container.
