RONDA 370

You can see here how the small, mobile recycling system is functioning.

When making holes in concrete and in connection with other diamond drilling/cutting tasks, where you use water for the cooling process, it is normally necessary to remove water and sludge immediately. This type of task is placing heavy demands on the wet cleaner because of the high content of abrasive particles, and at the same time there are today also requirements as to the disposal of the sludge, which in most places must not be let out into the sewer system.

V. Brøndum A/S has launched a completely new environmentally friendly RONDA 370 wet cleaner, which can be connected directly to the concrete cutting/drilling machines and supply water for the cooling, at the same time as the dirty cooling water/concrete sludge is being collected while it is being created. The water will be purified and recycled.

RONDA 370 is a compact and very robust wet cleaner with a filtration and recycling system which makes it possible to recycle the water. A purpose-made disposable filter sack will clean the drilling sludge, and the filtered water will slowly seep back to the container of the machine from where it will be pumped on to the concrete drilling machine/saw as fresh cooling water. This process is repeated until the filter sack has been blocked with concrete sludge.

Now the filter sack with concrete sludge can be disposed of in accordance with the regulatory requirements.

In this way the work is facilitated, water is saved and the environmental impact is considerably reduced.

RONDA 370 is equipped with a powerful 1200 W by-pass suction motor with a capacity of 2400 mmWc and a robust trolley frame with strong wheels ensuring that the machine is easy to manoeuvre, also when the boring will take place in the 5th floor.

The machine is of course also available with standard vacuum cleaner accessories and can then be used as a heavy duty wet cleaner for general cleaning tasks.
